What the service is

Local Lift Reviews writes professional responses to the reviews your business has already received on its Google Business Profile. We match the response language to your brand and work your city and service into it naturally.

The one-time service also includes 5-10 reusable response templates you can use on future reviews yourself. It is completed within one week of the date we receive access to your Google Business Profile.

Authorization

By purchasing, you confirm that you own the Google Business Profile in question, or that you are authorized to manage it on behalf of the business that owns it.

You authorize Local Lift Reviews to write and post responses to reviews on that profile on your behalf.

You agree to provide manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can post the responses, or to post the responses we write for you yourself. We cannot complete the work without one or the other, and the one-week delivery window starts when access is provided.

What we do not do

We respond to reviews. That is the whole service. We never:

• write reviews
• solicit reviews on your behalf
• buy reviews
• remove or attempt to remove reviews

We only respond to reviews your business has already received from real customers. Anything else would violate Google Business Profile terms and federal rules on fake or deceptive reviews, and we will not do it under any circumstances.

Monthly Review Management

Monthly Review Management is $85 per month, billed monthly, and continues until you cancel. We check your Google Business Profile every week and write a professional response to every new review that has come in.

You can cancel anytime by emailing localliftreviews@gmail.com or calling 786-617-0179. There is nothing to argue through and no retention process. We honor cancellations promptly, and your plan will not be billed again after it is canceled.

Cancelling stops future billing. We do not refund partial months, so the month you have already paid for runs to the end of its billing period.

Pricing and payment

The one-time Google Business Profile Optimization is $155, payable by card.

If you pay by Zelle instead, you receive a $5 discount off that price and pay $150. The discount is offered for using an alternative payment method. It is not a charge of any kind for paying by card.

Monthly Review Management is $85 per month by card or by Zelle. Payment is due before the work begins.

Results

Responding to your reviews makes your profile look active, professional, and worth choosing. It is good for your business. But we cannot guarantee any specific increase in calls, customers, rankings, or revenue, and we make no promise of a particular result. Too much of that depends on your market, your pricing, and your own service to promise a number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in Oklahoma.
